Access to and use of TF is subject to these Terms. By accessing, browsing and otherwise using TF is your acceptance of these Terms. If at anytime you do not agree to these Terms you should discontinue your use of TF.
TF delivers sports data on various sports.
TF publishes information relevant to the gambling industry such as news and links.
TF runs a Tip Exchange.
TF runs various tipping based competitions.
TF offers a forum for member comment and social interaction.
TF offers space on our site for advertising campaigns.
TF offers social networking through FaceBet.
TF offers a bookmaker price comparison.
TF offers Mini Form Site content as well as a fixtures service to third parties.
These Terms form a legally binding contract between users and TF.
TF reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
Sports Data
TF Sports Data is designed to provide information on sporting events which is packaged and designed to accommodate the requirements of the gambling industry and the sports punter.
The TF Sports Data is a free service.
In the future TF may charge a subscription fee for access to our Sports Data.
TF provides the Sports Data for personal use only and may not be re-written, copied, re-sold, re-distributed or linked unless a commercial agreement with TF is in place to do so. Any unauthorised re-production of this information is prohibited.
TF publish the Sports Data information without assuming a duty of care. TF gives no warranty, guarantee or other representation about the accuracy of the Sports Data contained in this service. TF is not liable for errors, omissions in, delays or interruptions to or cessation of the Sports Data through any reason.
TF produces statistics on sports which are Un-Official Statistics. TF gives no warranty, guarantee or other representation about the accuracy of the information contained in the TF Un-Official Statistics. Any unauthorised re-production of the TF Un-Official Statistics is prohibited.
Tip Exchange
If you become a Tipster, Subscriber or view tips you agree to TF Tip Exchange Terms which form part of these said Terms.
FaceBet
If you use FaceBet you agree to FaceBet Terms which form part of these said Terms.
Survivor
If you enter the Survivor tipping competition you agree to Survivor Terms which form part of these said Terms.
Forum
If you view or post comment on the Forum you agree to TF Forum Terms which form part of these said Terms.
The Site
The information on the TF is provided on an ass is and as available basis. We do not warrant that TF is free from errors, viruses, worms and other such destructive features.
TF may from time to time carry out maintenance and upgrades.
You acknowledge that TF may change the content or technical mechanisms or any aspect of the TF at any time of our sole discretion.
When logging into TF website as a member our secure server will track your IP address to create an audit trail.
TF log files as used to record the referring and exit pages, number of clicks and pages to which are accessed.
Information and Privacy
To become a member of TF you must first complete the member sign up process in which you will be requested to supply personal information such as your name, current email address and username. This information may be used by TF to contact you in the future.
It is a requirement of the TF that members provide a current email address. Any account that has non current email will be suspended and or deleted at TF discretion.
Non current email definition is any email which returns a non delivery error.
TF contains links to other websites. TF has no responsibility or control over the content of web sites or services to which are linked to TF and accepted no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage as a result of the use of such third party web sites.
TF guarantees the use members information for the express purpose of the administration and running of TF. Information will not be supplied, rented, sold or made available to third parties and is kept strictly private and confidential by TF as sole owners of such information. TF may provide offers to our members directly on behalf of a TF sponsor. At no point will your details be provided to such a sponsor.
TF is committed to supporting the National Privacy Principles for the Fair Handling of Personal Information which set clear standards for the collection, access, storage and use of personal information which we obtain as part of our business operations.
TF respect for our customers right to privacy of their personal information is paramount. We have policies and procedures to ensure that all personal information, no matter how or where it is obtained, is handled sensitively, securely, and in accordance with the National Privacy Principles.
TF will not be held legally responsible for any breach of the National Privacy Principles as result of information divulged to other parties which has been obtained by methods which are beyond our reasonable control.
Promotions and Competitions
TF may from time to time operate Promotions and Competitions.
TF Promotions and Competitions are open to all Members over the age of 18. Prizes will be awarded only after proof of age is verified.
Entry into such Promotions and Competitions is exceptance of said Promotion and Competition rules.
Banner Advertising
Advertisers acknowledge that you are the owner of, or legally authorised to use the information supplied to TF including trademarks, trade names designs and illustrations. Advertiser will be solely responsible for delivering to TF all of the text, pictures, graphics, sound, video, programming code and other data which comprise each campaign within the deadlines set by TF. TF relies on advertisers to make sure material provided complies with Australian laws. TF accepts no responsibility for breaches of Australian law by advertisers.
TF retains the right to reject any material we believe contravenes any law, is offensive or indecent.
Full payment is required prior to the commencement of the advertising campaign.
All creatives are due a minimum of two working days prior to the campaign start date. Please email all creatives to simon@tipsandform.com.au.
The advertising booking form sets out the agreement between TF and advertisers. The advertising booking form is to be read in conjunction with these Terms.
TF endeavours to make sure we can fulfil all requirements as set out in the advertising booking form for all advertising campaigns. In the event that TF is unable to fulfil these requirements TF will notify you within two business days to arrange an agreeable alternative campaign or full refund.
Advertising Refund Policy
Where TF fails to deliver the guaranteed number of impressions for a campaign or fulfil our obligation for the correct placement of advertising banners as per the advertising booking form TF agree to pay a full refund.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the date the refund was agreed.
Advertising GST
All prices are inclusive of GST.
Advertising Pricing Policy
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
The price of TF advertising campaigns are subject to change. The advertising booking form will clearly set out the current costs of all advertising campaigns.
My Account
TF will keep a record of all transactions for members under the My Account.
The Statement section under My Account provides a current balance of funds held with TF, including a historical list of deposits, withdrawls, subscription revenue and competition winnings.
Deposits to Tips and Form
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
TF wants to make payments as easy as possible. TF allow members to make payments using two different payment sources, POLi and Moneybookers.
Pay attention to the details of the transaction. Deposits to TF will incur a deposit fee which will be included in the total deposit amount.
The deposit fee will be be clearly stated as part of the deposit transaction.
POLi Deposits will attract a flat $2.00 Deposit Fee.
Moneybookers Deposits will attract a 3% charge based on the Deposit Amount.
Do not commit to a deposit unless you want to proceed with the transaction. All deposits are final.
When you provide a payment to TF you confirm that you are permitted to use that payment source designated.
If you believe that an un-authorised or otherwise problematic transaction has taken place under for account, you agree to notify TF immediately so TF can take action to minimise financial loss.
Withdrawls from Tips and Form
TF offer the following withdrawl methods:
Payment to your Moneybookers account.
Direct Bank Transfer (Australian account holders only).
TF will only process withdrawls every Monday at 12:00 noon AEST. Please ensure your withdrawl request is lodged prior to 9:00 am AEST Monday morning to allow appropriate processing time.
Withdrawl request received after 9:00 am AEST Monday morning will be processed in the following Mondays withdrawls.
If a Monday is a public holiday withdrawls will be processed on the next working day.
Once withdrawl has been processed TF will provide a confirmation email.
Minimum Withdrawl from TF is $20.00.
Refund Policy
All Refunds are paid to your TF Account.
TF will provide a full or partial refund or credit to your TF account if ever non delivery of said service was not carried out or provided as warranted by TF.
Users of TF acknowledge that TF has complete discretion to make determinations in relations to Refunds to Members. TF has the authority to issue a full or partial refund of based on the circumstances involved at our discretion. All decisions made by TF are final and binding, no more correspondence will be entered into.
Settlements
The Tip Exchange Terms sets out when subscriptions (if applicable) will be credited to your TF account.
The Survivor Terms sets out when winnings (if applicable) will be credited to your TF account.
Security
TF takes appropriate precautions to protect our members information. TF is located on a secure server behind a firewall.
It is Members responsibility to keep Usernames and Passwords secure and confidential. TF must be notified immediately should you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
Limitation on Accounts
TF Accounts are restricted to 1 per person and 2 Accounts per computer or IP address. In the event the TF discovers that you have opened more than one account per person or more than two accounts per computer or IP address, all additional accounts will be closed without notice and continued violation will result in the termination of any and all of your accounts.
Miscellaneous
To become a member of TF you must be over the age of 18. TF accepts in good faith this to be the case.
TF will not be responsible for any breach of these Terms caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Warning Gambling invokes risk. TF is not responsible for any gambling losses incurred. Any monetary investment based on information on TF is made at the investors risk.
TF does not accept any wagering, betting, gaming or gambling in any form or manner. Further, we do not encourage, support or condone any prohibited, illegal or restricted gambling in any shape, form or manner. You are solely responsible for ascertaining whether it is legal in your jurisdiction to use TF.
TF may cease to provide the site at any time in the future without notice.
TF will refund all monies held by us in members accounts if TF cease to provide the site.
The Terms contains the entire understanding between the parties hereto concerning the subject matter contained herein. There are no representations, agreements, arrangements, or understandings, oral or written, between or among the parties hereto relating to the subject matter of the Terms that are not fully expressed herein.
